The MEC for the Western Cape Department of Local Government, Environmental Affairs and Development Planning has, in terms of section 23(1)(a) of the NEM:PAA, given notice of his intention to declare the following nature reserves on the properties as indicated in the schedule to this notice – Jakkalsdans Nature Reserve; Vergelegen Nature Reserve; Witkliprug Nature Reserve; Wildealsvlei Nature Reserve; Oudeberg Nature Reserve; Sanbona Wildlife Reserve; Franco Three Fountains Nature Reserve; Darling Renosterveld Nature Reserve; Paarl Mountain Nature Reserve; Buffalo Valley Nature Reserve.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO WITHDRAW THE DECLARATION OF PART OF PRIVATE NATURE RESERVES IN THE LIMPOPO PROVINCE

The MEC of the Limpopo Department of Economic Development, Environment and Tourism has, in terms of Part 3 of the Limpopo Environmental Management Act 7 of 2003, given notice of his intention to withdraw portions 7 and 8 of the farm Boerboomkraal 353 KT Registration Division, Limpopo Province from the declaration of a private nature reserve.

The MEC for the Free State Department of Economic and Small Business Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs declared, in terms of section 23(1)(a)(ii) of the NEMPAA, the amendment of the original declaration of the Seekoeivlei Nature Reserve so as to include the properties as listed in the schedule to this notice as additions to and part of the Seekoeivlei Nature Reserve.
