NATIONAL WATER ACT (36/1992): PROPOSAL FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE LIMPOPO CATCHMENT MANAGEMENT AGENCY IN TERMS OF SECTION 78 (3) OF THE NATIONAL WATER ACT
The Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 78(3) of the National Water Act 36 of 1998, proposed the establishment of the Limpopo Catchment Management Agency, situated in the Crocodile (West) and Marico and Limpopo water management area together with the Letaba catchment.27
