The Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs has given notice of her intention to disestablish the Thukela and Mvoti to Umzimkulu Catchment Management Agencies, as established by Government Notice Number. 900 and 901 respectively, in September 2005.
All interested persons are invited to comment to the Director-General: Department of Water Affairs, within a period of 60 days from publication of this notice (i.e. by 7 January 2014).
