The Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 78(3) of the National Water Act 36 of 1998, proposed the establishment of the Limpopo Catchment Management Agency, situated in the Crocodile (West) and Marico and Limpopo water management area together with the Letaba catchment.
All interested persons are invited to comment to the Director-General: Department of Water Affairs, within a period of 60 days from publication of this notice (i.e. by 7 January 2014).
