Thobeka Phahla

Thobeka completed her LLB degree at the University of KwaZulu-Natal in 2022. During her studies, she served as a member of ENACTUS UKZN and was also a member of the UKZN Girls’ Hockey Team. Thobeka gained invaluable skills as an Academic Tutor for 123Tutors, and she was recognised with numerous Dean's Commendations and Certificates of Merits for academic excellence during her studies. In 2021, Thobeka was awarded the Nadel Prize for the top Human Rights Law student at the UKZN Student Awards. Thobeka commenced her articles with MacRobert Attorneys in 2023 and looks forward to gaining broad-ranging exposure and knowledge across various practice areas as a Candidate Attorney.
