The Minister of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment hereby gives notice of her intention to declare the following land as part of the Harold Porter National Botanical Garden:
- Remainder of Erf 3007 Bettys Bay.
Members of the public are invited to submit written representations or objections on or before 5 August 2021.
