The Minster of Forestry, Fisheries & Environment has given notice of her intention to amend, in terms of section 19(2), read with section 19(10), section 72 and section 73 of the NEMWA, the List of waste management activities that have, or are likely to have a detrimental effect on the environment.
Members of the public are invited to submit written representations by 6 August 2021.
