NATIONAL WATER ACT (36/1998): PROPOSED CLASSES OF WATER RESOURCES AND RESOURCE QUALITY OBJECTIVES FOR THE LETABA CATCHMENT
The Minister of Water and Sanitation has, in terms of section 13(4) of the NWA published, for public comment, the proposed classes of water resources and the proposed resource quality objectives for the Letaba catchment and has repealed notice 823 published in Government Gazette 37999 on 19 September 2014.16

The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 9(1)(c) read with section 100 of the NEM:BA, given notice of her intention to amend the Norms and Standards for the marking of rhinoceros and rhinoceros horn and for the hunting of rhinoceros for trophy hunting purposes, as set out in the schedule to this notice.16
