National Water Act (36/1998): Disestablishment of the Gouritz catchment management agency in Western Province

The Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs has given notice of the disestablishment of the Gouritz Catchment Management Agency in terms of section 88(1)(a) of the National Water Act 36 of 1998 and the transfer of all assets, liabilities, powers, duties and staff of the Breede-Overberg catchment management agency to the Breede-Gouritz catchment management agency.
