Kwakho obtained her LLB in 2023 and completed an LLM in Commercial Law in 2024, both from the University of Johannesburg. In her final LLB year, she served as a Student Legal Advisor at the university's Law Clinic, offering pro bono legal assistance. During her LLM, she worked as a Student Assistant at the same clinic, supporting students and assisting the principal attorney with legal research and trial preparation. In January 2025, she joined MacRobert Attorneys as a Legal Intern in the Financial Recoveries department. In March 2025, she moved to Regan van Rooy for an International Tax Internship, where she analysed local and cross-border tax laws to support client compliance. Kwakho began her articles at MacRobert Attorneys in 2025. She is particularly interested in Corporate and Commercial Law, Tax Dispute Resolution and Litigation, and Intellectual Property, while remaining open to other areas of legal practice. She is passionate about continuous learning and professional growth.
