Elize obtained the BLC and LLB degrees from the University of Pretoria. She was admitted as an attorney and conveyancer on 9 December 1997 and as a notary on 11 September 2006. She has been involved with general transfers, bond registrations, and property developments for most of her professional life.
She joined the MacRobert property department in 2020.
