Increase in Deeds Office Fees

However, there are tariff increases in excess of the CPIX, for example copies of documents which have been increased from R50,00 to R60,00.  Similarly, information required on a person or property has been increased from R8,00 to R10,00.

A new tariff has also been included for the Amendment and substitution of scheme rules.

EXEMPTIONS

No fees shall be levied by a registrar in respect of the performance of any act prescribed in section 3(1) (w) of the Act.
