The MEC for the Department of Economic Development, Environmental Affairs and Tourism has, in terms of section 53 read with section 46(2) of the National Environmental Management: Integrated Coastal Management Act 24 of 2008, published the Eastern Cape Coastal Management Programme. Members of the public are invited to submit comments within 30 (thirty) days after the publication of this notice (i.e. by 3 March 2014).
