STORMWATER MANAGEMENT BY-LAWS
The Ubuhlebezwe Local Municipality has published the Stormwater Management By-Laws. The by-laws pertain to the regulation of storm water management and sets out provisions pertaining to, inter alia, prohibited discharges and construction and maintenance of storm water drains and connections.15

The Ubuhlebezwe Local Municipality has, in terms of section 156(2) of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996 and section 9(3)(a-d) of the NEMWA, published the Waste Management (Recycling) By-Laws.15

WATER AND SANITATION BY-LAW
The Madibeng Local Municipality has, in terms of section 12(2) of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000, adopted the Water and Sanitation By-law, which by-law regulates water supply services and sanitation services within the jurisdiction of the municipality.15

The Municipal Manager of the Emalahleni Local Municipality has, in terms of section 13 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000 read with section 162 of the Constitution of the Republic of South, 1996, published the Heritage Resources By-laws pertaining to the management of heritage resources within the jurisdiction of the municipality.15
