NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT: PROTECTED AREAS ACT (57/2003): THE DWESA CWEBE MARINE
The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 22B of the NEM:PAA, withdrawn the existing Dwesa-Cwebe Marine Protected Area declared in stipulation 2(7) of GN 1429 of 29 December 2000 and has, in terms of section 22A of the NEM:PAA, declared the Dwesa-Cwebe Marine Protected Area with effect from 1 December 2015.15
