HERITAGE WESTERN CAPE: DECLARATION OF HERITAGE RESOURCES AS PROVINCIAL HERITAGE RESOURCES
Heritage Western Cape has, in terms of section 27(2) of NHRA, declared the archaeological and palaeontological sites, unmarked burials, the landscape and natural features of cultural significance and structures situated on or at Erf 11553, including the Rocklands Community Hall, the Library, the Memorial Square and the Community Health Care Centre thereon, situated on the corner of Lancaster Road and Parker Street, Rocklands, Mitchell's Plain and as reflected in the schedule to this notice, as formally protected under section 27 of the NHRA.24

NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT: PROTECTED AREAS ACT (57/2003): NOTICE OF AMENDMENT AND NOTICE OF INTENTION TO DECLARE TABLE BAY NATURE RESERVE
The MEC of Local Government, Environmental Affairs and Development Planning in the Western Cape amends the Notice of Intention to Declare Nature Reserve, published under PN 165 of 4 July 2014 by deleting from the Schedule the entry in row number 9 pertaining to the Table Bay Nature Reserve.24

The MEC of Local Government, Environmental Affairs and Development Planning in the Western Cape has, in terms of section 23(1)(a)(i) of the NEM:PAA, declared the property of Steenbras as detailed in the schedule to this notice as Nature Reserves.24

NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT: PROTECTED AREAS ACT (57/2003): INTENTION TO EXPAND THE FOLLOWING NATURE RESERVES
The Northern Cape MEC for the Department of Environment and Nature Conservation has, in terms of section 33(1) of the NEM:PAA, given notice of her intention to declare, in terms of section 23 of the NEM:PAA, the following properties as part of the Goegap Nature Reserve and Oorlogskloof Nature Reserve a) Ratelkraal No 131 remainder and Ratelkraal No 131 portion 1, as an expansion of the Goegap Nature Reserve; and b) Gannaga No 1029 remainder and Groot Tuin No 653 as an expansion of the Oorlogskloof Nature.24
