The Minister of Environmental Affairs has under sections 24(2), 24(5) and 24D read with section 47A(1)(b) of the NEMA, made corrections to Regulations pertaining to inter alia:- the Disqualification of EAPs and specialists (Regulation 14); the Submission and consideration of environmental impact assessment reports and environmental management programmes (Regulation 23); Decisions on amendment applications (Regulation 33); and matters incidental thereto.09
