The MEC for Economic Development, Environmental Affairs and Tourism in the Province of the Eastern Cape, has published a notice of Intention to Gazette the Eastern Cape Biodiversity Conservation Strategy and Action Plan 2017 Draft for comments.
Notice is hereby given to all persons and members of the public whose rights may be materially and adversely affected by a pending administrative decision by the Minister of Mineral Resources on applications for Exploration Rights lodged at the office of the South African Agency for Promotion of Petroleum Exploration and Exploitation (SOC) Limited ( "Petroleum Agency SA ") in terms of section 79 of the MPRDA by the following applicants:
