The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, acting in terms of section 72 of the NEM:BA, published draft regulations to amend the Alien and Invasive Species Lists, published in terms of sections 66(1), 67(1), 70(1)(a), 71(3) and 71A of the NEM:BA.
