BERGRIVIER MUNICIPALITY: AIR POLLUTION CONTROL BY-LAW

The Bergriver Municipality has enacted the Air Pollution Control By-Law, which by-law provides for, inter alia, the declaration of air pollution control zones, the control of smoke emissions from premises and the control of emissions caused by opening burning and other similar controls regarding emissions, odours, dusts, fumes and pesticides spraying.
