The Minister of Environmental Affairs has given notice of her intention to withdraw the existing Dwesa-Cwebe Marine Protected Area under section 22B of the NEMPAA and to declare, under section 22A of the NEMPAA, the Dwesa-Cwebe Marine Protected Area as set out in the schedule to this notice.
