NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT: AIR QUALITY ACT (39/2004): AMENDMENTS OF THE LIST OF ACTIVITIES WHICH RESULT IN ATMOSPHERIC EMISSION WHICH HAVE OR MAY HAVE A SIGNIFICANT DETRIMENTAL EFFECT ON THE ENVIRONMENT, INCLUDING HEALTH, SOCIAL CONDITIONS, ECONOMIC CONDITIONS, ECOLOGICAL CONDITIONS OR CULTURAL HERITAGE
The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 21(1)(b) of the NEM:AQA, amended the list of activities which result in atmospheric emissions which have or may have a significant detrimental effect on the environment, including health, social conditions, economic conditions, ecological conditions or cultural heritage as published under GNR 893 on 22 November 2013.10

NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT: AIR QUALITY ACT (39/2004): DRAFT REGULATIONS PRESCRIBING THE ATMOSPHERIC EMISSION LICENCE PROCESSING FEE
The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of sections 53(o), 37(2)(a), 44(3)(a), 45(1) and 47(3)(a) read with section 57(1) of the NEM:AQA, given notice of her intention to make the Regulations prescribing the Atmospheric Emission Licence Processing Fee.10
