NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT: PROTECTED AREAS ACT (57/2003): DECLARATION OF LAND AS PART OF NAMAQUA NATIONAL PARK

The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 20(1)(a)(ii) of the NEM:PAA, declared the properties as set out in the schedule to this notice to be part of the Namaqua National Park.
