WATER SERVICES ACT (108/1997): EXTENSION OF SERVICE AREA OF RAND WATER

The Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries has, in terms of section 23 of the FFFARSRA, amended the regulations published under GNR 1449 of 1 July 1983, by the substitution of table 1 of such regulations with table 1 as set out in the schedule to this notice pertaining to fees payable in respect of, inter alia, the registration as a pest control operator.06
