The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 42(2)(e) of the NEMA, withdrawn GNR 400 published in Government Gazette 33186 dated 14 May 2010, and in terms of section 42(1) of the NEMA, delegated the powers and duties under section 87A(1)(b) read with section 6(1) of the NEM:BA, excluding the powers or duties contemplated in section 42(2C) of the NEMA, to the Director-General or any functionary acting in that position.15

The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 42(2)(e) of the NEMA, withdrawn GNRÂ 620 published in Government Gazette 31107 dated 6 June 2008, and in terms of section 42(1) of the NEMA, delegated the powers and duties under section 87A(1)(a) read with section 6(1) of the NEM:BA, excluding the powers or duties contemplated in section 42(2C) of the NEMA, to the Director-General or any functionary acting in that position.15

The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 86(1) of the NEM:PAA, made amendments to the Regulations for the Proper Administration of Special Nature Reserves, National Parks and World Heritage Sites as promulgated in GNR 1061 in Government Gazette 28181 of 28 October 2005, as set out in the schedule to this Notice.15
