Ralph Leaman graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce in Law from the University of Pretoria in 2022, followed by a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in 2024. During his BCom Law studies, he majored in Business Accounting and Economics, which strengthened his analytical skills and fostered a strong interest in financial analysis and market dynamics.

Upon completing his LLB, Ralph discovered a clear passion for the legal profession, with particular interest in Commercial, Financial, and Property Law. In 2025, he joined MacRobert Attorneys, where he gained valuable experience within the Financial Recoveries Department. This exposure broadened his understanding of utilising legal processes to achieve effective debt recovery, while also allowing him to appreciate the firm’s supportive and ethical work culture.

Ralph is guided by strong personal values, treating others with respect and approaching his work with integrity and professionalism. He considers it a privilege to contribute to the success of MacRobert Attorneys and to grow as a valued member of the MacRobert team.
