Kwakho obtained her LLB degree in 2023 and completed her LLM in Commercial Law in 2024, both from the University of Johannesburg. During the final year of her LLB, she served as a Student Legal Advisor at the University of Johannesburg Law Clinic, where she provided pro bono legal assistance to members of the public.

While pursuing her LLM, Kwakho worked as a Student Assistant at the University of Johannesburg Law Clinic. In this role, she provided guidance to students working in the law clinic and assisted the principal attorney with legal research and trial preparation. In January 2025, Kwakho joined MacRobert Attorneys as a Legal Intern, where she contributed to the Financial Recoveries department. In March 2025, she transitioned to an International Tax Internship at Regan van Rooy, where she analysed both local and cross-border tax laws to assist clients with tax compliance.

Kwakho commenced her articles at MacRobert Attorneys in 2025. She has a strong interest in Corporate and Commercial Law, Tax Dispute Resolution and Litigation, as well as Intellectual Property. She remains open to exploring other areas of legal practice and is passionate about learning and growing within the profession.
