Chalsy Walters earned her LLB degree in 2025 and also holds a BA Law degree, majoring in Politics, from the University of the Witwatersrand. During her penultimate year, she organized events such as the Wits Final Year Gala as a member of the Projects, Events and Media Subcommittee.

During her final year, Chalsy gained valuable practical experience, providing pro bono legal assistance to those in need at the Wits Law Clinic. She has also volunteered with Books & Briefs, where she supported literacy development among foundation phase learners, reflecting her commitment to community upliftment.

In 2026, Chalsy commenced her candidate attorney articles at MacRobert Attorneys, where she is eager to deepen her knowledge in Property Law, Deceased Estates, Wills and Trusts. She looks forward to developing her practical legal skills and contributing meaningfully to the firm’s work and its clients.
