The MEC of the Western Cape Department of Environmental Affairs and Development Planning has, in terms of section 23(1) of the NEMPAA, declared a nature reserve on the farm Boerboonekloof No. 191, situated in the Division of Ladismith, Western Cape Province, to be known as "Part of Wolwekop Nature Reserve".
