Notice is hereby given that the Minister for Local Government, Environmental Affairs and Development Planning in the Western Cape adopted, in accordance with the National Environmental Management: Integrated Coastal Management Act 24 of 2008, the Western Cape Coastal Management Programme on 1 March 2016.
