The MEC responsible for Cooperative Governance, Traditional Affairs and Human Settlement in the Free State Province has, in terms of section 14(2)(a)(i) of the LGMSA, adopted the Water Restrictions By-law as set out in the schedule to this notice.
The By-law regulates, inter alia, the limitation or discontinuation of water supply services and measures for the promotion of water conservation.
