NATIONAL WATER ACT (36/1998): ESTABLISHMENT OF THE VAAL RIVER CATCHMENT MANAGEMENT AGENCY

The Minister of Water and Sanitation has, in terms of section 78(1) of NWA, established the Vaal River Catchment Management Agency situated in the Vaal Waste Management Area.
