The Umtshezi Municipality in terms of Section 156 of the Republic of South Africa Act No. 108 of 1996, as read with section 11 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act No. 32 of 2000 hereby publishes the Pollution Control By-laws as set forth in this notice. The notice stipulates prohibitions and regulations in respect of noise pollution, dumping and smoke emissions within the boundaries of the Umtshezi Local Municipality.
