The Minister of Mineral Resources has, under section 98(1) of the Mine Health and Safety Act 29 of 1996, amended chapter 11 of the Miscellaneous and General Provisions Regulations published in terms of the Mine Health and Safety Act 29 of 1996 pertaining to exit certificates.
