MINE HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT (29/1996): REGULATIONS RELATING COMPETENCIES FOR ELECTRICITY

The Minister responsible for Mineral Resources has, under section 98(1) of the MHSA, amended the regulations in terms of the MHSA by the addition of regulations pertaining to Electrical Competencies.
