The MEC for Economic Development, Environment, Conservation and Tourism in the North West Province has, in terms of the aforesaid statutes, published draft operational procedures and guidelines for Wildlife Fencing Specifications in the North West Province. The purpose of the operational procedures and guidelines is to provide for the management of all keeping or holding facilities for wild animals in the North West Province.
