The MEC for the North West Department of Rural, Environment and Agricultural has, in terms of section 33(1) of the NEM:PAA, given notice of her intention to declare -
- The Molemane Eye Nature Reserve in terms of section 23(1)(a)(i) of the NEM:PAA;
- The Boskopdam Nature Reserve in terms of section 23(1)(a)(i) of the NEM:PAA;
- The Vaalkopdam Nature Reserve in terms of section 23(1)(a)(i) of the NEM:PAA; and
- The Kgaswane Mountain Nature Reserve in terms of section 23(1)(a)(i) of the NEM:PAA.
Members of the public are invited to submit written representations within 60 days of the date of publication of this notice (i.e. on or before 14 November 2016).
