The MEC for the North West Department of Rural, Environment and Agricultural Development has, in terms of section 23(1)(a)(i) and (b) of the NEM:PAA, declared the Mafikeng Nature Reserve on the properties as set out in this notice; and has assigned, in terms of section 38(2)(a) of the NEM:PAA, the North West Parks Board as the Management Authority.
