The MEC for the Department of Economic Development, Environmental Affairs and Tourism in the Eastern Cape Province has, in terms of section 28(1)(a) and (b) and section 33(1)(a) of the NEM:PAA declared the nature reserves and protected environments as set out in the schedule to this notice.
