The Minister of Environmental Affairs has published the National Atmospheric Emission Reporting Regulations in terms of section 12(b) and (c) read with section 53(aA), (o) and (p) of the NEMAQA. GNR 283 regulates the reporting of data and information pertaining to different emission sources to a National Atmospheric Emission Inventory System.
