SECTION 63 OF THE NATIONAL WATER ACT (36/1998): RESTRICTIONS ON THE USE OF WATER FOR DOMESTIC, INDUSTRIAL AND AGRICULTURAL USE FROM THE ALGOA WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM, IN THE MZIMVUBU- TSITSIKAMMA WATER MANAGEMENT AREA (WMA) IN THE EASTERN CAPE PROVINCE

The Director General of the Department of Water and Sanitation has, in terms of section 63 read with section 72 of the NWA, restricted the taking of water from the Algoa Water Supply System for the period starting from 1 March 2015 until 29 February 2016
