The MEC of the Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, Land and Environmental Affairs has, in terms of sections 23(1)(a)(i) and (b) of the NEM:PAA, declared the Mount Morgan Nature Reserve; the Angle Ridge Nature Reserve; the Oosterbeek Nature Reserve; and the Ngodwana Valley Nature Reserve, located in the City of Mbombela Local Municipality on the properties as described in schedule 1 to 4 of this notice.
