Marine Living Resources Act (18/1998): Recognition of organisations as interest groups in terms of section 8 of the Act

The Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, in terms of section 8 of the Marine Living Resources Act 18 of 1998, recognizes the following two organisations as interest groups: 

  • Western Province Deep Sea Angling Association; and
  • Border Deep Sea Angling Association
