The MEC for the Eastern Cape Department of Economic Development, Environmental Affairs and Tourism has, in terms of section 33(1)(a) of the NEM:PAA, given notice of his intention to declare the following nature reserves in terms of section 23(1)(a)(i) of the NEM:PAA –
- Baviaanskloof Nature Reserve; and
- Rupert Nature Reserve.
Members of the public are invited to submit written comments within 60 days from the date of publication of this notice (i.e. on or before 2 December 2016).
