The MEC for the Western Cape Department of Local Government, Environmental Affairs and Development Planning has, in terms of section 23(1)(a) of the NEM:PAA, given notice of his intention to declare the following nature reserves on the properties as set out in the schedule to this notice –
- Bokbaai Nature Reserve;
- Witteberg Nature Reserve;
- Sunshine Nature Reserve;
- Groenekloof Nature Reserve;
- Destiny Nature Reserve;
- Van Loveren Nature Reserve;
- Viljoensdrift Nature Reserve;
- Skulpiesbaai Nature Reserve;
- Pauline Bohnen Nature Reserve; and
- Werner Frehse Nature Reserve.
Members of the public are invited to submit written comments within 60 days of the publication of this notice (i.e. on or before 6 June 2017).
