The Makhado Local Municipality has adopted the Environment: Inflammable Liquids and Substances By-Laws published in the Provincial Gazette 2134 on 24 October 2012. The By-Laws, inter alia, regulates storage tanks, pump pipelines and containers for the storage of inflammable liquids and substances and the transportation of inflammable liquids and substances.
