HERITAGE RESOURCES AND CULTURAL INSTITUTIONS BY-LAWS

The Thulamela Local Municipality has adopted the Heritage Resources and Cultural Institutions By-Laws, which by–laws aim to protect, manage and control those sites and objects of the national estate, as set out in section 3 of the NHRA.
