The Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs has given notice of her intention in terms of section 11(8) of the National Environmental Management Act 107 of 1998, to establish the Guidelines for the preparation of Environmental Implementation Plans and Environmental Management Plans.
Members of the public are invited to submit written comments to the Minister, within 30 days of publication of this notice (i.e. on or before 19 November 2013).
