The Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 24(5)(c)(i), 24(5)(j) and 44(1)(a) and (b) of the National Environmental Management Act 107 of 1998, published a notice prescribing fees for the consideration and processing of applications for environmental authorisations and amendments thereto. The fees are payable with effect from 1 April 2014.
