NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT: PROTECTED AREAS ACT (57/2003): ESTABLISHMENT OF THE NEW NATURE RESERVE, IN THE NORTH WEST PROVINCE: MOLOPO OOG NATURE RESERVE

The MEC for the North West Rural, Environment and Agricultural Development has, in terms of section 23(1)(a)(i) of the NEMPAA, declared the Molopo Oog Nature Reserve and has, in terms of section 38(2)(b) of the NEMPAA, assigned the management thereof to the Molopo Oog Landowners Association.
